Morphological freedom and artificial intelligence ethics in contemporary art

Cyborgs and artificial living beings are no inventions of science fiction writers; they are our present rapidly changing the life around us but, unfortunately, the changes in our conscience are not as rapid. Technophobia and mistrust towards the “black box” create an invisible curtain between the people and their organic projection, artificial intelligence, while rapid integration would only benefit the humanity. Contemporary artists work with the topic of morphological hybridization and freedom and through the change of their body teach us a new type of tolerance, namely the respect for creatures artificial and half-living.
