The NEW FACES block brings together works by promising Ukrainian authors who have not yet participated in the festival. Strange, wild, and free, these works do not have a common theme; each of them tells its own story. Of course, there are many reflections on war. But while for some of the films it is the central antagonist, for others it is a tragic routine that has become a part of their lives.
Reflections on art, thoughts about the uniqueness of creativity, about growing up, and even about Oleh Mitasov are featured in NEW FACES at LINOLEUM 2023.

Please note that the Ukrainian competition and New Faces are combined into one screening.

The total running time is 90 minutes.
