Analytical Brief: “Key Policy Issues: Animation, Game Development (Gamedev), Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI), Visual Effects (VFX)”
The purpose of this analytical brief is to identify key policy issues within the subsector of Ukrainian Animation, Game Development (Gamedev), Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI), and Visual Effects (VFX), which forms part of the broader Creative Industries sector. Key policy issues are the challenges and barriers faced by stakeholders that hinder the development of the subsector and may require state-level intervention to resolve.
