The problems, the pain, and the war of others. Every day, humanity faces a new test of its ability to empathise, which is getting more difficult with each step of technological advancement. Once expected from a progressive society, empathy risks becoming performative and selective, shaped by trends and cultural norms. In such a world, migrants are seen as weeds, animals as resources, and digital entities as outlets for a wide range of emotions and fantasies. And when another Pinocchio sees how easily people lose their humanity, he might no longer want to be like his creator.

An experimental documentary that reveals both the facts and fantasies of the history of pregnancy tests from the 1930s-60s which relied on the use of live frogs and rabbits. These pregnancy tests changed the world: they expanded our understanding of hormones, gave women more reproductive choice, and caused ecological crisis- decimating certain amphibian populations.
