A short story about loss and memory, inspired by the forced resettlement of the Lemko community from the Carpathian Mountains. Created independently, the animation combines different techniques, including traditional charcoal drawing. The soundscape, created by Andrzej Józefczyk and based on field recordings and archival material from the displaced villages in the Low Beskids, contributes to the narrative, evoking echoes of the past that bear traces of human stories, memories and lost identity.
