In short videos, psychologists clearly explain the crisis situations that Ukrainian men and women live in and how to overcome them. Viewers will get answers to questions that arise every day since the full-scale war began: "How to deal with the feeling of guilt that I am safe?"; "What to do when you lose control over yourself and the situation?"; "How to calm down a stressed baby?" Simple coping practices are presented in the series too.

Anastasia Falileieva is an animation film director and stop-motion animator. Born in Kremenchuk, currently lives in Kyiv. Apprentice of puppeteer and animator Oleg Pedan. She graduated from еhe Kyiv National I. K. Karpenko-Kary Theatre, Cinema and Television University. Participant and laureate of many international film festivals.

Kateryna Voropai - creative copywriter and producer from Kyiv. She graduated from the Faculty of Sociology of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She currently works on the "Your Family Doctor" communication project. She is also a coordinator of social programmes for temporarily displaced Ukrainians in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland.
