I believe that different systems of timing, budgeting and workflow are mere tools that managers have at their disposal. Perfect instruments do not exist, they should be chosen and adapted according to the tasks, number of team members etc. In other words, it is a kind of superstructure over the foundation. And the management basis is the same for all – right working principles, values system, systematic thinking. If this basis is solid and well-structured, it is easier to develop a working system that will suit your team. During the lecture, I will cover the issue of this basis, values, and thinking, I will illustrate it with the cartoon The Stolen Princess and will ask your questions.

Sasha Lutsenko is a linear producer at the Animagrad animation studio. She has 10 years of experience in the film industry. She started working in the industry in the Digital Cinema Ukraine company, has closely collaborated with most Ukrainian distributors and cinemas preparing digital copies for international and national releases. As the executive director, she has also worked with motion capture projects. In 2015, she joined the production team of The Stolen Princess (2018) as the linear producer. It was sold for over 50 territories and hit the record box office not only in Ukraine but also internationally. Now she is working with her team on the production of the cartoon Mavka.
