There are stories that lie dormant beneath the surface of images, bodies that challenge the categories imposed upon them, and territories whose fragility we are only beginning to recognize. These films traverse those blind spots where memory, identity, and landscape resist erasure: from the traces of a Latin American history of images still waiting to be uncovered, memories marked by absence and loss, to transformations of identity, the echoes of local mythologies, and the vulnerability of threatened ecosystems. Each film offers an act of attention toward what has been overlooked, silenced, or rendered invisible, reminding us that seeing is also a way of recognizing and caring.

Blending tenderness, horror, and hope, the film expands the notion of a human rights memorial, bringing these children and adolescents back into collective memory through fragments of their everyday lives, the testimonies of their families, and the rituals that keep their presence alive.
